Supplements

Common questions about our supplements and how to use them.

Are your supplements meant to treat or cure medical conditions?

No. Supplements are intended to support general wellness and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Who should not take certain supplements?

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, you should speak with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

Are supplements safe to take every day?

Many supplements are designed for daily use, but it depends on the product and your individual needs. Always follow the recommended dosage on the label and avoid taking more than directed.

Are there any side effects from supplements?

Most supplements are well tolerated when used as directed, but individual reactions can vary depending on the ingredients and your body. If you experience any discomfort, stop use and consult a professional.

How do I choose the right supplement for my needs?

Start with your goal. For hydration and performance, electrolytes are a great option. For energy and stress support, adaptogens can help. For immune support, look for vitamin C, zinc, or mushroom-based formulas.

Are your supplements high quality?

We focus on carrying high-quality supplements from trusted brands, with clear ingredient lists and no unnecessary fillers. We recommend reviewing each product page for full details and sourcing information.

How do you ensure ingredient quality?

Ingredient quality varies by product, but we prioritize supplements with clean, effective formulations. Always check the product label for full ingredient transparency before purchasing.
